Cancellation Policy

Deposits for all mobile services are non-refundable unless the cancellation was initiated by Roc City Notary Services. If you need to cancel an appointment and reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the re-scheduled appointment. FINGERPRINTING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR REJECTIONS: " IN THE EVENT THAT FINGERPRINTS ARE REJECTED BY A THIRD PARTY AGENCY FOR QUALITY REASONS, ROC CITY NOTARY SERVICES'S SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO A ONE-TIME COMPLIMENTARY REPRINTING SESSION. ROC CITY NOTARY SERVICES LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, MISSED DEADLINES, OR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT/LICENSURE RESULTING FROM AGENCY REJECTIONS OR PROCESSING DELAYS."
